Take 500 gm chicken breast, cut into strips
Get 2 cup assorted Bell Peppers, diced

Take 1 tsp. or to taste pepper powder
Get 2 tbsp. red chilli sauce
Take 1 tsp. sugar

Prepare 1 egg
Prepare 1 tsp. cornflour
Take 1/2 tsp. red chilli flakes
Instructions to make Singaporean Sweet And Sour Chicken:
Marinate the chicken with egg, salt, pepper, cornflour and chilli flakes for 2-3 hours. Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a pan and saute the chicken till light brown. Drain and keep aside.
Heat remaining oil and saute the garlic for a few seconds till they change colour. Now add the onion and saute for a minute.
Then add the diced bell peppers and the spring onions. Fry on high heat for a further minute.
Add the salt, pepper, chilli sauce and sugar. Give it a stir to combine well. Then add the fried chicken and mix well. Saute for a few seconds, before serving, garnished with spring onions.
