  3. Mix together the crumbs and the coconut. Next coat the strips with the mixture. Shake off any excess crumb mixture and place the well coated strips on a baking sheet lined with wax paper
  4. Let it bake for about 25mins or until it is fully cooked through
  5. Serve this hot with some sauce, a tomato sauce should do fine…
