To begin with this recipe, we have to first prepare a few components. You can have korean chicken using 8 ingredients and 7 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Korean Chicken:
  1. Prepare 8-12 chicken thighs with bone
  2. Take 5 tbs chili oil
  3. Make ready 3 tsp chili powder
  4. Prepare 3 tbs sesame oil
  5. Take 6 tbs soy sauce
  6. Prepare 5 tbs sugar (white)
  7. Prepare 1/4 cup ginger freshly grated
  8. Make ready 3-4 cloves garlic minced
Steps to make Korean Chicken:
  1. Wash chicken thighs and place in a mixing bowl
  2. Top chicken with all ingredients and mix (I used my hands to mix)
  3. Let chicken marinate for at least 1 hour for better results in flavor. If you are in a rush, let it marinate while the oven is heating up.
  4. Place chicken in a baking dish and bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes uncovered.
  5. After 30 minutes, flip, baste with marinade and bake for another 30 minutes covered with foil.
  6. After 30 minutes, flip back to skin side, baste with marinade and bake for another 20 minutes uncovered.
