Steps to make Garlic Pork:
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade with the pork. Let it sit in fridge over night or 3-4 hours before cooking.
Drain the meat from the marinade once it's time to cook. Reserve the marinade to add later.
Heat the oilve oil and add the garlic. Fry for 2-3 minutes on medium to high heat.
Lower the heat and add the pork and bay leaves and simmer for about 15 minutes on a medium.
Add the marinade and cook for a further 10-15 minutes.
Add the coriander 5 minutes before turning the heat off.
Mix every so often so it doesn't burn. once done serve with your choice of side dish. Potatoes or rice is good.
Add more water if needed.
