  1. So I made the syrup first add water sugar and cardamon powder to a pan and boil over a medium heat for 10 mins till it starts to get sticky
  2. Then add the milk powder plain flour and baking powder mix well in a bowl. Then add the ghee and the milk slowly to form a smooth dough and make little balls.
  3. Then fry the jambus in oil at low heat till they are golden to dark brown and then place on kitchen towel to soak up the oil.
  4. Then add the jambus to the syrup and leave them for a few hours then enjoy with ice cream or on their own yummy 😊😊
