Recipe of Quick Ragu

Hey everyone, it’s John, welcome to my recipe site. Today, we’re going to prepare a distinctive dish, ragu. One of my favorites. For mine, I will make it a little bit tasty. This will be really delicious.

Ragu is one of the most popular of recent trending foods on earth. It’s enjoyed by millions daily. It is simple, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. They are fine and they look wonderful. Ragu is something that I have loved my whole life.

To get started with this particular recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can have ragu using 15 ingredients and 12 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Ragu:
  1. Take 1000 kg lean minced beef
  2. Get 2 large onions finely diced
  3. Take 6 cloves garlic finely diced
  4. Get 6 tins chopped tomatoes
  5. Take 1 glass good quality red wine
  6. Make ready 200 ml beef stock
  7. Get 6 carrots sliced
  8. Get 5 celery sticks sliced
  9. Prepare 2 tbsp hot smoked paprika
  10. Prepare 2 tbsp sumac
  11. Prepare Salt and pepper
  12. Take 1 tbsp sugar
  13. Get 2 peppers diced
  14. Take Parmesan grated
  15. Take Basil leaves for decoration
Instructions to make Ragu:
  1. First of all brown the meat! On a medium heat in a large pan.
  2. Whilst the meat is browning, dice the onions
  3. Then the garlic and add to the pan.
  4. Chop the mushroom and add!
  5. Then the carrots.
  6. Celery…. add
  7. Chop the peppers and add to the pan, stir well!
  8. Next add the tomatoes.
  9. Stir add the wine and stock.
  10. Throw in the spices, add a lid! Turn the hob down to a low simmer! Stir regularly to prevent it from sticking.
  11. After over 1 and a half hours take of the lid and reduce! Taste to check for seasoning!
  12. Let it simmer for as long as possible! Serve!
