  2. Wash ur carrots, green beans n peas, Dice ur carrot n green beans n steam them.
  3. Wash n Cut ur spring onion into fine size.
  4. Grate ur peppers.
  5. Add oil in a pot, add 3 cardamon(optional) heat for 2min, add onion n stir fry until translucent, add blended peppers n fry for 5min, add ur steam veggies, seasoning, salt n curry n continue to stir frying until u exhaust d rice.
  6. Add little meat stock but sufficient to soften ur rice, reduce d flame low n cover ur pot.
  7. Serve when done, u can garnish with coleslaw
