The ingredients needed to make Summer salad:
  1. Prepare 2 large handfuls of salad leaves
  2. Prepare Around four tomatoes (diced)
  3. Prepare 3 teaspoons green pesto

Instructions to make Summer salad:
  1. Wash the salad leaves and put them in a bowl with the diced tomatoes. Stir in the pesto. Next wash and drain the beans.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan on a high temperature, on the same heat add in the beans, cumin, paprika and cider vinegar.
  3. Once the beans are sufficiently cooked take them off the heat. Put your salad leaves in two bowls. Then pour the beans on top of the salad.
  4. Sprinkle with basil if you wish. And now you are done - yay!
