Get 250 gm Tomatos
Get 200 gm Oil
Get 6 boiled eggs for garnish
Make ready For Raita Salad
Get 2 big tomatos
Prepare 1 Cucumber
Get Green chilli 1 or 2 big
Take to taste Salt
Get Chaat masala
Take 1/2 tea spoon
Take Black pepper
Take 1/2 tea spoon
Steps to make Tahiri:
Take a pan..
Must be Broad enough to be cooked with Rice easily..
Turn On the flame..
Heat the pan..put the oil in it..when the oil is heated up put the whole garam masala..long.. Bari elachi..darchini..kali mirch.. When u hear the cracking sound put simaltaniously 1st the black cumin then the white cumin as the Aroma Arouse pore the sliced Onion cook until golden brown..as I use Cubed Ginger garlic so as per cube per table spoon measures so I put 2 cubes until melts n sligtly saute then Add cubed tomatoes and whisked yougurt cose the tomatos take time to be cooked n yogurt
Releases water to help them cook well..As the tomatos n yogurt are oil separated and well cooked put the potatos n the spices pour a half glass of water to make them cooked..
As the potatos are soften n a gravy is made..
Take the washed n soaked Rice n pour them in the pan..
Add Coriander leave..mint leaves n green chillis with the Rice..
It will Raise the Aroma to a level high to your neighbours mouth watery..
Boil Eggs peel them..
And Fry golden to Garnish your dish..
Serve with Raita salaad..Enjoyee..😋🤤
