Knead the dough with curd and make 8 equal balls of it. Roll the dough with the help of maize flour
Mix the ingredients of mayo.Give the shape as shown. Roll it again. Put 1tsp of mayo mixture in centre.
Heat butter in apan. Add garlic,saute till pink. Add tomatoes,spices followed by onion,paneer and capsicum.
Toss nicely. Now put this mixture on top of mayo dip (with 1 tsp of cheese optional)
Seal the edges tightly. Bake at 180°c fr 45 mins. Even kadai can be used fr same. Temperature may vary.
