  18. Prepare 4-6 Green chillies
  19. Get 1/2 bunch Coriander
  20. Prepare 2 tbsp Imli pulp
  21. Take 1/4 cup Club soda or 7 up
  22. Take 5-6 Red chillies whole
  23. Make ready 1/2 tsp Khatai Powder
  24. Prepare 1/2 bunch Mint leaves
  25. Prepare 1/2 tsp Garlic paste

  1. Take a bowl, add keema, papaya paste, red chili powder flakes, salt, dhania zeera, chat masala, yoghurt, garam masala, ground onion and ginger paste, mix well and leave 4 –6 hoursIn refrigeratorThen mix ghee in keema and give smoke of koyla.
  2. Now take a pan and cook keema on low heat until it's done. - Serve with sliced onion, ginger Julians, fresh coriander and green chilies.
