Preheat oven to 375
In a small bowl, toss the blackberries with all the filling ingredients until nicely coated.
Pour into 12 inch cast iron skillet or a 9x9 baking dish.

Let set for 10 minutes before serving, the Xanthan gum will thicken the berries as it cools.
Serve warm or cool, with or without low carb vanilla ice cream, though I HIGHLY recommend a la mode!
