  1. Prepare 3 cups bean
  2. Make ready 2 medium size plaintain
  3. Take Habanero pepper (ata rodo)
  4. Get Palm oil

  5. Cover until stew is done!
  6. When bean is done,add only salt and serve

When the beans are done, drain and reserve cooking liquid. Return beans to pot and use a potato masher or sturdy spoon to mash them, gradually adding the cilantro-garlic paste and fried onions. When everything is well incorporated, stir in reserved cooking liquid until soupy. This stew recipe is all about those lovingly cooked and seasoned dried beans and the glorious (vegan!) broth they create. Just keep in mind that for the best results, you have to soak the beans overnight.
