  3. Let the stew cook well for over 30mins till the water in it dries out. Add fish, pomo seasoning and salt, stir and leave to cook for 7 mins. Food is ready. Serve with rice, yam or anything of your choice
  4. Served mine with white rice and fried diced plantain
