  1. Boil the eggs & potatoes. Mash potatoes with all the ingredients. Now cut the eggs into half. Take some mashed potato in your hand and then put egg. Cover them with mashed potato.
  2. Then dip into eggs yolk and coat with bread crumbs. You can skip the bread crumbs if you don’t like. In that case just dip into eggs yolks and fry them.
  3. Fry them in deep oil both side.
  4. Serve them with mint sauce or any other sauce.
