Get 1 cup wheat flour

Take Sweet chutney:-
Take 1 cup jaggery syrup
Prepare 3/4 cup tamarind pulp
Prepare 2 tbsp sugar
Make ready 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Prepare 1/2 tsp dry ginger
Get 1/2 tsp cumin powder
Make ready 3 potato boiled
Prepare 1 cup white peas boiled
Prepare 2 tsp red chilli powder
Take 1 tsp turmeric
Make ready to taste Salt
Make ready 1 tsp chat masala
Steps to make Gupchup recipe:
Mix semolina, flour, salt and baking soda. Knead the dough by adding warm water.
Cover the dough with wet cloth and keep it on the side for half an hour. After half an hour knead again well, and roll. Cut it round with a bowl or cookie cutter.
Place the sliced round on a plate and cover it with a wet cloth (otherwise it will not swell). Heat the oil well and add a round, when pouring a round, press the puri with a spoon. Flip the puri, fry the second round. (When the oil is hot, fry it on a low flame)
Take out crispy puries in a bowl.
Grind all things with water. (Coriander, green chilli, ginger, mint, tamarind, lemon juice)
Sieve the water and add 1 to 2 glasses of water to it. Add seasoning and serve chopped coriander.
Mix everything and cook it. (Adjust spices according to yourself). Sweet chutney is ready.
Mix boiled potato +boiled peas + spices and garniah with onion chopped and coriander chopped.
Take a whole puri and break it from the top. Add peas and poatato mix to it and add sweet chutney, pour spicy water it in water and enjoy.
