Steps to make Chocolate Strawberry Chilli Whisky Cake:
Grease a cake pan and preheat oven @180 for 10 mins.
In a mixing bowl add the curd and baking soda and mix well. Keep aside for 10 mins.
In a blender take the strawberry, chilli, whisky, sugar and blend it to a puree.
Sieve the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and keep aside.
Now add the oil, vanilla essence and the blended puree to the curd mixture and mix well.
Add in the flour mixture and gently fold to make a smooth batter.
Add in the chocolate chips reserving few for garnish and give a gently quick fold.
Pour the batter into the greased pan, garnish with few chocolate chips and bake for 30-35. A tooth pick inserted should come out clean.
Remove from oven and let it cool down completely.
For Chocolate sauce : In a sauce pan heat the milk. Add the chocolate chips and heat till chocolate starts to melt. Turn off the heat. Add the cocoa powder and mix well till smooth. Your chocolate sauce is ready.
Demould the cake and garnish with sliced strawberries. In a pipping bag pour the chocolate sauce and drizzle it over the cake. Cut and serve.
