Hey everyone, it is Brad, welcome to my recipe page. Today, we’re going to prepare a special dish, hash brown. It is one of my favorites food recipes. For mine, I will make it a little bit unique. This will be really delicious.

Hash Brown is one of the most favored of recent trending foods in the world. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. It is simple, it is quick, it tastes yummy. They’re fine and they look fantastic. Hash Brown is something which I have loved my whole life.

To begin with this recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can have hash brown using 9 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Hash Brown:
  1. Get 2-3 potatoes
  2. Make ready 1-2 tbsp. rice flour
  3. Get to taste salt
  4. Make ready 1/2 tsp. roasted cumin powder
  5. Take 1-2 fresh red / green chilies, chopped
  6. Get 1-2 tbsp. coriander leaves, chopped
  7. Make ready cream cheese / grated cheese as required
  8. Take some sev to garnish
  9. Make ready oil to shallow fry
Steps to make Hash Brown:
  1. Prick the potatoes all over and pressure cook for one whistle. Set aside to cool. Peel off the skin and mash well.
  2. Mix with the salt, fresh chilies, coriander leaves, rice flour and cumin powder. Shape in any form you desire and refrigerate for some time.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry on both sides till they turn brown in colour. Drain on a kitchen towel.
  4. Spread cream cheese and sprinkle some sev over it. Serve as a tea-time snack or as an appetizer with tomato ketchup / green chutney.
