  1. In a pan, stir in Soy milk, unsweetened Cocoa powder, Sugar, Cornflour & a pinch of salt. (I used homemade Soy Milk which can be replaced with any milk).
  2. Now cook it on a medium flame. It'll start thickening, so stir continuously.
  3. Once it becomes dark & shiny, add olive oil and vanilla essence. Mix well. (any oil with neutral flavour can be used here)
  4. Then add powdered Oats. Cook well while stir continuously. It'll become very thick. Add choco chips (optional) and chopped walnuts.
  5. Now pour it into the mould or simply in small bowls. Top it with some walnuts & choco chips and refrigerate it for 10-15 mins. Once set, Enjoy!
