  1. Prepare the veggies, peel the carrot l, chop up the garlic and spring onion.
  2. Dice the chilli too!
  3. Put the oil in a wok or frying pan on a medium to high heat! Throw in the onion, ginger,m and garlic. Fry it for a minute or two then add the carrot.
  4. Add the rice give it a good stir!
  5. Add the fish sauce, then the soy sauce, stir well coating all the grains well!
  6. Add the juice of the lime! Top with basil leaves and stir!
  7. Make sure it’s heated throughout, and serve!
