The ingredients needed to make Singaporean Rice:
  1. Get 1 box Spaghetti
  2. Take 2 cups Rice
  3. Get 1 kg Chicken boneless
  4. Get 3 Carrots
  5. Prepare 3 Capsicum
  6. Take 1 Cauliflower
  7. Prepare 1/2 kg Mayonnaise
  8. Get 1/2 kg Ketchup
  9. Prepare 200 gm Chilli garlic sauce
  10. Take 1/2 cup Soy sauce
Instructions to make Singaporean Rice:
  1. Prepare chicken for yummy Singaporean rice. Pour 2 tbsp oil, add ginger garlic paste and fry chicken in it till it changes its color. Add 1/2 cup ketchup, 3 to 4 tbsp soy sauce, 3 to 4 tbsp chilli garlic, 2 tsp chilli flakes, 1tsp salt, cook it till chicken tenders.
  2. Prepare vegetables. Cut all the vegetables finely, (carrots, capsicum, cauliflower) take 2tbsp oil in a pan and fry all the vegetables in 2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, 2tbsp soy sauce, and 2 tbsp chilli garlic sauce.
  3. Prepare spaghetti, boil it in a pan with little oil and salt.
  4. Prepare boiled rice, boil it in a pan with oil and salt and then strain it's water.
  5. Prepare the sauce, by adding Mayonnaise 1/2 kg, chilli garlic sauce 3 to 4 tbsp, soy sauce 2 tbsp and ketchup 5 to 6 tbsp. Mix it well to form it like a sauce.
  6. Now start dishing it out. You've to make layers of all the stuff in a single tray. 1. Put boiled rice at first. 2. Add layer of prepared vegetables. 3. Add a layer of chicken on vegetables. 4. Add boiled spaghetti on the chicken. 5. And at the end our the prepared sauce on it.
  7. Prepare tarka for the topping. Heat oil in a pan with 2 to 3 green chilli and 7 to 8 cloves of chooped garlic.
  8. Put tarka on the prepared Singaporean rice dish. And you're ready to serve.
