  2. In a large pan, heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil on medium heat and add the onion, garlic and carrot. Cook for about 5 minutes then add the minced beef abd brown evenly.
  3. Add the frozen peas, stock and gravy granules and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Season to taste, then transfer to a suitable oven dish and top with the mashed potato. Bake for 15 minutes on 200°C/Gas 6 and serve with chopped parsley.
