  2. In a pan add butter add scotch bonet Nd onions, add seasoning, Nd saffron add rice Nd stir for 15 minutes to cook properly, now add your kabab nd stir, keep low flame, Nd cover wit foil paper for 5 minutes.
  3. Hand full of curtain leaves, tomatoes, onions, lemon, oilive mix ur Greek salad, wen u serve ur rice den garnish wit ur salad.
