  2. Now let’s take output bread and spread the margarine (butter) all over just one side of the bread and set it aside, get your mozzarella pressed cheese and cut it into four strips with a scissors- place it across the bread (like in the photo below).
  3. Now you can add your chopped bell pepper/sliced onions/chopped spring onion/shrimps/tomato slice in the bread and add your egg.(I choose to used 1egg for two slices). Now cover the bread up and get read to toast on your frying pan or skillet.add some oil to the skillet just to keep the bread from sticking to the skillet
  4. Once you have toasted it. Take your toast and wrap it on a foil. This is to make sure that the egg cooks and you don’t eat raw egg. Now put the wrapped toast in the skillet and cover for 2 minutes. And then turn off the heat and the toat is ready. Enjoy with a cup / glass of tea- Smoothies- Orange juice.
