  1. In a large mixing bowl, sieve the flour, salt and yeast…mix well…
  2. Next, melt the chocolate in a sauce pan place in water on moderate heat, add the cinnamon and nutmeg into the chocolate, pour the melted chocolate over the dry ingredients gradually mixing to form dough. Gradually add in the water…do allowed the dough get too sticky. If the dough is too soft, add in some more flour.
  3. Next, add about 5 tablespoon of olive oil, to make the dough elastic but still firm. I used olive oil because I wanted to you can use another oil you so desired. Next place dough in a well oiled bowl and cover and allow to rest for 60mins.
  4. Once,that's done…place dough on a slightly floured surface and knead dough for some minutes… afterwards, cut dough into small size ball shape and place on a buttered baking tray slightly dusted with flour and cover again to rise for another 45 mins.
  5. Its important, to note that, I didn't add any form of sugar, because the white chocolate used in this recipe is really sweet and very rich in flavour too
  6. Once the 45 mins is up,slightly, coat the top of the dough with some melted chocolate and bake on moderate heat for 25mins or till the crust are golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and set on baking rack to cool slightly and enjoy warm or slightly toasted with some spread of white white chocolate if you have a sweet tooth like my Butterscotch👌😋
  8. You can preserve your white chocolate by keeping it in the freezer…once you micro wave slightly,it comes back fresh and taste even more delicious
