The ingredients needed to make Plain Pancake:
  1. Prepare 1 cup Maida (All-purpose flour)
  2. Prepare 2 tsp baking powder

  6. Prepare 2 tbs butter (melted)
  7. Get 3/4 cup milk or as required

  2. Add salt, 1 egg, butter.
  3. In the end add milk and whisk it well
  4. Grease frying pan with butter
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of prepared batter and cook it on low flame until it comes out golden colour and bubbles rise on the surface and cook approx 1min each side
  6. Here's now pancakes ready to serve.
  7. For topping I choose fresh cream rather than honey and choc chips too.
