Put for Pre heat the vessel on low flame for 15 min. Grease the mould.
In a kneading bowl add flour, ENO, Powder sugar.

See the back golden and soft. See the sides. It's fluffy. Use this buns/ pav for Dabeli, vadapav, pav bhaji or just apply Butter and have it. It is super Delicious and upfilling.
If u want golden crust on the top then put the buns for baking on high flame totally.
