  1. Prepare 400 grams white mushrooms
  2. Make ready 2 tbsp butter
  3. Take 2 clove garlic
  4. Get 2 tbsp creme fraiche
Steps to make Garlic Mushrooms:
  1. Wipe mushrooms, then cut any larger ones into halves or even quarters.
  2. Crush garlic cloves (easy with a sprinkle of sea salt on top)
  3. Melt butter in a large saute pan.
  4. Add mushrooms and garlic and sizzle on a medium heat for 8- 10 mins, until turning brown but not yet yeilding all their mushroomy juices.
  5. Add the creme fraiche and season with a little more salt and some freshly ground black pepper.
  6. Warm through until the creme fraiche is bubbling hot.
  7. Serve either as a side/sauce or on buttered toast :)
