The ingredients needed to make Sinasir:
  1. Take 4 cups White rice
  2. Get 1 cups cooked white rice
  3. Make ready 2 tspn yeast
  4. Take 1 tspn baking powder
  5. Make ready 1 chopped onion
  6. Take 1 tspn salt
  7. Get 1 tspn sugar
  8. Get 3 eggs

Instructions to make Sinasir:
  1. Soak 4 of white rice in water over night, cook the 1 cup of white rice till perfectly cooked and allow to cool down completely.
  2. Now mix the cooked rice and grinded rice paste in a blender and blend for 5 minutes, pour the paste into container add small water so that the paste will be runny,
  3. Add yeast stir to close and allow to rise, Allow to rise for 3 hours, after 3 hours add chopped onion, salt, egg, sugar and baking powder stir very well,
  4. Heat on a non sticky pan add half spoon vegetable oil, scoop the batter using a kitchen spoon, cover and fry a lower heat,
  5. When it turns golding brown.
  6. Enjoy
