Hello everybody, it is me, Dave, welcome to my recipe site. Today, I’m gonna show you how to make a special dish, white sauce pasta. One of my favorites. This time, I am going to make it a little bit tasty. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

White Sauce Pasta is one of the most favored of current trending meals in the world. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. It’s easy, it’s fast, it tastes yummy. They’re fine and they look wonderful. White Sauce Pasta is something which I have loved my entire life.

To get started with this particular recipe, we must prepare a few ingredients. You can have white sauce pasta using 22 ingredients and 24 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make White Sauce Pasta:
  1. Get for boiling pasta
  2. Take 6 cup water
  3. Make ready 1 tsp salt
  4. Get 2 cup penny pasta
  5. Get 1 tsp olive oil
  6. Get for sauteing vegetables
  7. Make ready 2 tbsp oil
  8. Make ready 2-3 garlic clove, finely chopped
  9. Take 1/2 onion, chopped
  10. Get 1/2 capsicum, chopped
  11. Get 3 tbsp sweet corn
  12. Take 1/2 tsp pepper, crushed
  13. Make ready 1/2 tsp salt
  14. Take for white sauce
  15. Prepare 2 tbsp butter
  16. Prepare 3 tbsp all-purpose flour (Maida)
  17. Make ready 2 cup milk
  18. Make ready 1/2 tsp pepper, crushed
  19. Prepare 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  20. Make ready 1/2 tsp mixed herbs
  21. Get 1/2 tsp salt
  22. Get As needed Cheese
Instructions to make White Sauce Pasta:
  1. Take a large Kadai to boil 6 cups of water. Add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp olive oil to the boiling water. (We have added the oil so that pasta don't get stick to each other)
  2. Once the water comes to a boil, add 2 cup pasta. I have used penny pasta, you can alternatively use elicoidali pasta or any other depends on the availability.
  3. Boil for about 7-8 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked.
  4. Drain off the pasta and keep aside.
  5. Now take a sauce pan / frying pan and heat 2 tbsp oil and saute 2-3 garlic cloves.
  6. Now add 1/2 onion, 1/2 capsicum and 3 tbsp sweet corn. (You can also add 1/2 carrot as per your taste)
  7. Saute for a minute or until vegetables shrink slightly yet remain crunchy. (Do not overcook the vegetables otherwise they'll loose their crunchiness)
  8. Now add 1/2 tsp pepper and 1/2 tsp salt.
  9. Saute well until the spices are well combined and keep aside.
  10. TO PREPARE WHITE SAUCE for pasta, heat 2 tbsp butter in a sauce pan.
  11. Add 3 tbsp maida and stir it on low flame. (Make you keep on mixing it continuously otherwise it will get burnt)
  12. Keep on stiring until the maida turns aromatic yet do not change it's colour.
  13. Now slowly add 1 cup milk and mix well. (Keep on mixing while pouring the milk otherwise it will get lumps)
  14. Mix until the sauce thickens without forming any lumps.
  15. Further, add remaining 1 cup of milk and continue to stir continuously.
  16. Mix continuously, until the sauce thickens. If require use a whisk to break the lumps.
  17. Cook until the sauce turns silk smooth and creamy in texture.
  18. Now add 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp mixed herbs and 1/2 tsp salt.
  19. Mix well and make sure everything is well combined.
  20. Add in sauted vegetables and mix well.
  21. Now add in boiled pasta and mix gently.
  22. Add 2 tbsp of boiled pasta water if the sauce thickens.
  23. Mix gently and make sure everything is well combined.
  24. Garnish the pasta with grated cheese.
