Take 1 packages McCormick Gourmet Bourbon Spiced Pork

Take 2 packages 1 lb pork tenderloin or 4 bonless pork chops
Take 1 tbsp veg/olive oil

Make ready 3 medium sweet potatoes
Make ready 2 Gala or Fugi apples unpeeled, halved and cored (I quarter mine and use 3)
Steps to make Bourbon Spiced Pork:
Mix seasoning mix and brown sugar. Reserve 1/4 cup. Brush pork with oil and rub with seasoning mixture. Place pork in center of large shallow foil-linned baking pan.
Mix reserved seasoning mixture and oj in a bowl. add sweet potatoes and apples; toss to coat well. Arrange sweet potatoes and apples, cut sides down, around pork.
Roast in preheated 425°F oven 30 to 35 minutes or until pork is desired doneness and sweet potatoes are tender. tess sweet potatoes and apples with pan juices; serve with sliced pork.
