Take 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
Prepare 2 tb sp cooking oil
Make ready 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
Take 2 tb sp soya sauce
Make ready 2 tb sp Green chilli sauce
Prepare 2 tb sp tomato ketchup
Make ready 2 tb sp white vinegar
Steps to make Chilli Garlic Chowmein:
Heat water in a pan. When boiling point comes add noodles, 1 tsp Cooking Oil and salt. Cook it till boiling point comes again. Switch off the flame. Strain the noodles immediately otherwise it will become sticky.
Chop onion, red and green capsicums, tomato, green chilli and garlic. Chop green chilli and Soak in white vinegar.
Now heat oil in a wok. Add mustard seeds and when mustard seeds splutter add chopped onion and garlic and saute for 1 minute or till onion gets translucent. Now add red and green capsicums and saute for 2 minutes.
Now add paneer and tomatoes and saute for 1 minute.
Add boiled noodles and mix well. Add salt red chilli powder and Maggi magic masala and mix and saute.
Now in a bowl mix white vinegar, spya sauce, green chilli sauce and tomato ketchup and then mix in noodles and stir well.
Serve hot with Tomato ketchup and green chilli soaked in vinegar.
