  5. Take 1/2 tsp Green cardamon powder
  6. Make ready 5-6 Saffron threads
  7. Make ready 10-15 Foxnuts
  8. Take 3 tbsp White vinegar
Instructions to make Garlic Foxnut Kheer:
  1. Peel the garlic pods and slice them.
  2. Heat two cups water in a pan. Add one tablespoon vinegar in it.
  3. Add sliced garlic in it. Boil it three times.
  4. Every time you boil it, discard old water and fill the pan with fresh water so that get rid of garlicky and vinegar flavour.
  5. Heat milk in a pan.
  6. Add sugar and garlic in it. Stir well and reduced to half.
  7. Soak saffron in milk and keep aside.
  8. Dry roast foxnuts in a pan. Grind it into a fine powder.
  9. Add this powder into milk and cook for five mins.
  10. Add saffron milk, green cardamon powder and sliced almond in it. Mix well.
  11. It's ready. Serve hot or cold.
