Steps to make Penne in white sauce:
Boil penne in water,after adding 1 tsp salt and few drops of oil. Boil till soft. Drain and wash. Keep aside.
Heat olive oil in a pan on low flame.Add onion and garlic,saute for 2 minutes.
Add chopped capsicum and salt,saute for 2 minutes.Keep aside.
Heat butter in a pan,add all-purpose flour and fry for 2 minutes on low flame.Add milk gradually to pan and stir continuously to avoid lumping.Add all milk.Cook for 2 minutes.Add salt.
Add nutmeg powder and grated cheese.Cook till cheese melts and sauce is thick.
Add boiled penne,mix well.Add fried vegetables and italian seasoning.Mix well.Add chopped basil leaves also.Mix.
Put off flame and serve hot.
