The ingredients needed to make Garlic fried rice:
  1. Make ready 2 cups rice (soaked in water half hour before boiling)
  2. Make ready 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  3. Prepare 1 egg
  4. Make ready 1 medium spring onion
  5. Take 1 tsp black pepper
  6. Get 1 tsp white pepper
  7. Take 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  8. Take 1/4 cup oil
Steps to make Garlic fried rice:
  1. Soaked rice.
  2. In a pan add much water for boiling rice. Add 1 tsp white vinegar & 1 tsp oil.
  3. Add rice in lukewarm water. Boil the rice 3/4 done. 1/4 rice must be uncooked. Drained the water & set a side.
  4. Put all the ingredients at one place.
  5. In a pan heat oil add chopped garlic & fry garlic for some seconds then add beaten egg. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Then add spring onion rice & worcestershire sauce.
  7. Now add black pepper, white pepper, salt & mix well.
  8. Dish out it & enjoy with manchurian, mongolian chicken, szechuan chicken.
