  1. Make ready 1 fresh tilapia
  2. Make ready 1/4 teaspoon salt

  1. In a small basin…put in your fish then add water
  2. Remove the scales then wash your fish very well
  3. Carefully give it a deep slit/cut on the side ways..and remove the intestines..wash the inside by pouring water inside and removing the remaining intestines with your knife..
  4. After it's thoroughly cleaned…make cuts on both sides of the fish and put in salt in the slits..put your fish on a tray and leave it on the sun to dry
  5. In a pan..pour in your oil..when it's ready deep fry your fish till golden brown..
  6. You can enjoy with a piece of ugalii ๐Ÿ˜Š…or rather make fish stew out of it..or fish wet fry
