  4. Add a little water,the diced capsicum and finally the fish.,cover then leave to simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Flip the fish,so that it can cook in both sides. Add the corriander and cover then leave to simmer for a few more minutes..turn off the heat.
  6. Serve with ugali and some ovacado šŸ˜‹.
