  1. Take Deep fried Tilapia fish
  2. Prepare 1 tomato(cubed)
  3. Prepare 1 onion

  7. Prepare Water(1/2 cup)

  1. Put cooking oil in a pre-heated cooking pan/sufuria
  2. Add the onions&cook for a minute(until light brown)
  3. Add the garlic and cook for half a minute
  4. Add the tomatoes and cook till a paste is formed(about 2 minutes)
  5. Add the water and bring the mixture to boil(or use pre-boiled water).
  6. Dip the fish and cover to cook for about 5 minutes(under low heat)
  7. Sprinkle the dhania on top and set aside.
  8. Serve with Ugali
