  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, milk and whisk well. Add the cauliflower florets and mix well
  2. Preheat the oven at 450. Place the cauliflower in a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 mins.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk hot sauce, honey, oil
  4. After 20 min, remove them from oven and coat them with hot sauce
  5. Place the tray back in oven for 20 mins at 450 degrees.
  6. Once done, for more crispness, broil for 3-5mins in the end.
