  5. Coat fish filets in fish fry seasoning make sure the fish is evenly coated on both sides
  6. Place fish filets in grease and cook until browned (about 5 minutes) Flip and cook the other side an additional 5/6 minutes or until done
  7. Remove filets from grease and drain on paper towel. Enjoy
