  1. Add the fried rice, suji, besan & the chutney into a mixer jar, add water little by little and blend to get a flowing batter of medium consistency.
  2. Add salt to taste, the turmeric powder, green chillies, the veggies & the fresh coriander. Set aside for 10 mins.
  3. Heat a nonstick tava, spread 1-2 tsp oil pour a ladleful of the ready batter & spread into a circle.
  4. Allow it cook on low-medium heat for a minute, then sprinkle some amchoor and red chilli powder on top. Cook for another minute.
  5. Flip and cook from the other side, drizzle a little ghee from the sides.
  6. Cook on both sides until golden brown and crisp on top.
  7. Serve with ketchup or green chutney on the side.
