To get started with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can cook fried fish using 3 ingredients and 7 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Fried Fish:
  1. Get 1 tilapia fish
  2. Take Oil for frying
  3. Take to taste salt
Instructions to make Fried Fish:
  1. Take an already prepared fish and dry it to ensure all water is removed.
  2. Start to heat a heavy nonstick pan.
  3. Heat in medium heat. slowly put the fish in oil for frying. Be careful the oil might pour on you due to oil mixing with water.
  4. Fry for about 15 minutes until you see the fish turning abit golden brown.
  5. Turn and fry the other side for the same about of minutes untill ready.
  6. When ready allow the oil to dry by putting it on top a newspaper.
  7. Then serve with Ugali.
