  5. Add the spice powders and ginger garlic paste to it and mix them well.
  6. Take a plate and spread 2 tspn corn flour in it.
  7. Shape the entire mixture into a round cutlet or any shape. Coat the cutlet evenly with corn flour.
  8. Prepare a pan and add oil to it. Shallow fry the cutlets until crisp on a low to medium flame.
  9. Serve the cutlet with green chutney or any sauce
