  1. Cut the fish into halves. Heat cooking oil in a cooking pot and add chopped onion to fry till translucent.
  2. Add the tomatoes and hoho at the same time. Fry till readily mixed.
  3. Add half cup water royco and a little salt.
  4. Add the fish and cook for 10 mins. Remove from heat and set aside.
  5. Add the milk to the traditional vegetables and cook for 5 mins.
  6. Serve the food with Ugali.
