  1. Prepare 2 small tilapia deep fried

Steps to make Fish curry:
  1. Add oil to pan and add garlic ginger paste. (More flavour) then add onions until softened
  2. Add spice blend and stir continously for 3min
  3. Add blended tomato(you can use diced)and let simmer for 7-10min or until reduced in half
  4. Add yoghurt, fish sauce and soy then place the fish and let simmer for 5min on each side.
  5. Add Dhania and cumin. Simmer for 2min n turn of the heat
