Steps to make Kadhi Kachori:
Soak moond dal for 2 hours.
Drain and grind into a fine paste.
Heat oil in a pan and put crushed cumin coriander seeds.
Add gram flour, mix well and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes.
Add grounded moong and mix well.
Add all spices of kachori filling and salt.
Mix well and cook on medium heat till it becomes golden brown and a nice aroma came.
Remove from heat and keep aside.
For kadhi, take gram flour, curd turmeric, chilli powder and garlic paste in a big utensils.
Add some water and make a semi thick batter.
Keep it on heat, stirring continuously and cook for 10 -12 minutes on low medium heat.
Add salt and put tadka of mustard seeds, cumin seeds and Chilli powder in kadhi.
Knead a soft dough from all-purpose flou, salt, oil and water.
Make small size balls from dough, give them bowl shape and fill the stuffing mixture.
Seal the edges.
Flatten them with hand in kachori shape and deep fry in oil till crisp and golden.
Remove from oil and keep on tissue paper.
Put the kachori in serving plate, pour kadhi over it and sprinkle all spices.
