The ingredients needed to make Mexican Shells:
  1. Prepare 1 packages Jumbo shells
  2. Make ready 1 lb Chorizo sausage
  3. Get 1 cup Chopped onion
  4. Prepare 3 clove Minced garlic optional
  5. Make ready 1 can 16oz black beans rinsed
  6. Get 1 packages Your favorite Mexican cheese
  7. Make ready 16 oz your favorite Mexican cooking sauce ( I use Herdez brand)
  8. Get 1 can 16oz tomatoes w green chile
Steps to make Mexican Shells:
  1. Cook pasta as directed
  2. Cook onion and garlic add chorizo cook until done drain any grease ( pat dry if want)
  3. Add black beans cook for about 2 min
  4. Add about 1/4 or 1/2 cup of cheese
  5. Put a layer of sauce on bottom of 13x9 baking dish
  6. Stuff shells with meat mixture
  7. Spoon tomatoes over top of shells along with rest of sauce.
  8. Add rest of cheese on top
  9. Bake 350 until cheese is melted
