Instructions to make Gulab jamun with milk powder:
  1. Add milk powder, maida, rava and baking powder in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix well. Homemade gulab jamun mix is ready.
  3. Add curd and ghee. Mix well. Add little milk to make a soft dough.
  4. Cover and keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile heat the water in a pan to make a sugar syrup. Add sugar and boil for 5 minutes or until the sugar completely dissolve in water.
  6. Switch off the gas. Add cardamom powder, lemon juice and rose water.
  7. Now prepare small ball size jamun. Make sure that there are no cracks in the jamun.
  8. Heat the ghee in a kadhai. Deep fry the gulab jamun on low flame. Stir continuously. Fry till it becomes golden brown.
  9. Drain off and transfer it into the sugar syrup. Cover and rest at least for 2 hours.
  10. Finally gulab jamun is ready to serve.
