  1. Heat Milk in a Pan.When milk is slight hot or warm add milk Powder Slowly. Make sure no lumps in mixture
  2. Stir continuosly, When it become thick Putoff the Gas flame. Now mawa is ready to use
  3. Make sugar syrup
  4. In another deep vessel add water and sugar, boil for 10 to 15 mins, stir continuosly. When it become sticky put off the Gas flame and add cardamom Powder and rosewater, lemon juice. Mix well
  5. Take mawa in a flat plate add suji rava and baking soda. Make a dough with adding milk
  6. Make small size balls or cylinder shape
  7. Heat oil in a deep pan. Put one by one balls in oil.
  8. Fry till golden brown. Keep gas flame slow at the time of frying
  9. Stir continuosly the ball at the time of frying
  10. Keep out the ball from oil and put in sugar syrup.keep the Gulabjamun 2 hours in sugarsyrup
  11. After 2 hours it is ready to eat.
  12. Serve it either hot. If you like to eat cold then keep Gulabjamun 2hours in the fridge
  13. Notes :- don't make hard dough, make smooth dough.At the time of frying keep flame slow and stir continuosly. Keep the Gulabjamun minimum 2 hours in the sugar syrup before eat
