    1. Add ghee in a pan. Turn on the flame. Let it melt.
    1. When ghee melts add milk powder slowly while stirring continuously to avoid any lumps.
    1. Now add cream, cardamom powder, sugar and mix well.
    1. Cook on slow heat for five minutes or until it forms into a dough like consistency and leave the sides of the pan.
    1. Remove from the heat and set in a greased tray or butter paper. Garnish with nuts. Leave it to set for atleast two hours then cut into desired pieces and serve.
